This Privacy Policy describes how Pursu, Inc. collects, receives, uses, stores, shares, transfers, and processes your Personal Data. It also describes your choices and rights with respect to your Personal Data, including your rights of access and correction of your Personal Data. While you have the option to withhold certain information, please note that doing so may limit our ability to assist you or you may not be able to take advantage of many of our services.

As defined in this policy, “Personal Information” refers to information that pertains to an identifiable individual, whether stored electronically or in paper-based filing systems. Personal Information includes the categories specified by the CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act)

Pursu, Inc. collects only that Personal Information that is relevant for the purposes for which the data is requested.  We do not use your Personal Information in any way that is incompatible with the purposes for which it was collected or for which you have consented.

Information You Provide

In order to deliver personalized and relevant information to you through our Websites, we collect certain information from our users such as your name, email address, phone number and contact information, company name, title, division, industry and location when you log in or opt in for one of our complimentary education resources. We may also deliver surveys and inquire about voluntary client testimonials based on the programs offered.  If you make a purchase, we will collect your payment, billing and shipping information. The types of information we collect includes but is not limited to:

  • Identifying Information: Name, address, email, social media profiles or phone number.
  • Billing Information: Credit card information, billing address, shipping address. (See details below)
  • Protected Classes: Gender, self-assessment data and results, survey responses.
  • Business Information: Details regarding your business such as size, industry, income, current situation, product mix, or goals.
  • Education Information: As needed for participation in programs and coaching.
  • Inferences: Personal information about your goals, aspirations or needs in regards to products and services we offer.
  • We do not collect or receive Biometric Information or Sensory Data.

**Please do not provide any sensitive information or health information. We do not want, nor will we ask for sensitive information. Pursu’s web presence is not designed to process sensitive information. **

 

Billing Information

When making a purchase from our websites or using our services, please be aware that we use third-party services for payment processing (e.g. payment processors).

We will not store or collect your payment card details. That information is provided directly to our third-party payment processors whose use of your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy. These payment processors adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Opt-Out for Direct Marketing

In addition, you may manage your receipt of marketing and non-transactional communications by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link located on the bottom of any Pursu, Inc. marketing email.  Customers cannot opt out of receiving transactional emails related to their account or their Orders. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to process such requests in a timely manner. You should be aware, however, that it is not always possible to completely remove or modify information in our subscription databases.

Pursu, Inc. does not monitor, recognize, or honor any behavioral advertising opt-out or do not track mechanisms, including general web browser “Do Not Track” settings and/or signals.
